Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Every new account starts with a 14-day trial of all Pro features, and no credit card is required.
What happens when my trial ends?
If you do not upgrade, your account moves to the Free plan. Your private inventory and business records remain available, while your public storefront, additional team access, and full analytics are paused.
Can I keep using CardVendor for free?
Yes. Free includes unlimited private inventory, one user/admin, POS and trade-in workflows, sales and expense tracking, CSV import, market pricing tools, and the basic dashboard.
Can I import my existing inventory?
Yes. You can import inventory with a CSV file and continue managing it inside CardVendor.
What products can I manage?
CardVendor supports individual cards, graded cards and slabs, sealed products, accessories, lots, and custom inventory items.
Does CardVendor work at card shows?
Yes. CardVendor includes customer-safe browsing, POS and cart workflows, trade-ins, employee inventory routing, show expenses, and performance tracking.

Can customers buy directly through my storefront?
The storefront currently uses an inquiry-first workflow. Customers can browse inventory, build an inquiry list, and contact you to confirm availability and complete the purchase.
Can multiple employees use one account?
Pro supports additional team members and employee inventory routing. The Free plan supports one user/admin.
What is the difference between Pro Monthly and Pro Yearly?
Both plans include the same Pro features. Pro Monthly costs $10 CAD per month, while Pro Yearly costs $100 CAD per year, saving $20 compared with monthly billing.
